WHAT IS BOXING 101?
Boxing 101 is our 6-week course designed to get you in the gym learning the fundamentals of boxing in the technical sessions, while becoming fitter faster & stronger in the conditioning sessions.

Boxing 101 is the ideal way to kick off your boxing journey, or get you back into regular structured training after a lay off.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Our 6-week course is divided into three parts:
Technique: Wednesday and Friday 6am
Our technique classes will focus on the fundamentals of boxing including learning how to punch, footwork, basic combinations, offence and defence.
Fitness: Tuesday and Thursday 6am & 6pm
The fitness classes are higher intensity, practicing the skills you've acquired in the technique classes in a faster paced environment along with other cardio exercises.
Team: Saturday 8am
The Saturday class is a chance for everyone to come together with our other regular members, catch up on anything you've missed throughout the week and make some new friends in the community!
